Directions of use:

1. 15 minutes before exposure to sun, shake well then spray onto hand, warm in up by rubbing and evenly spread over all exposed areas. Do  not spray directly onto the face.
2. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating immediately after towel drying. Then at least every 2 hours.
