This is a basic facial routine that has 2 moisturisers spread over 2 routines , meaning it can be done twice a day(morning and evening) day cream for the day and night cream as the night moisturiser.
Recommended mostly for normal and oily skin types but can also be used in combination skin. Major ingredient is niacin amide in both creams as well the ascorbic. The day cream contains some Spf(sun protection factor) of around 20++. This means that it moderate uv exposure it can act as the sunscreen but needs to be still covered with an extra sunscreen for prolonged sun exposure.
The night cream on the other hand is lightweight and suitable for use as a night moisturiser or together with any night serum of choice or toner.
